It is SpinTel. Useless bloody telecommunications provider that I left a "please call me" message with. I've been waiting for 5 hours!!! The computer dials and then cuts me off when I answer.

Smooth spintel quick to respond when they want your business then expect to wait.. customer support offshore which makes it impossible to understand if you expert a hearing impairment. In the mean time you get charged for a service you dont have. I suspected this number as a scam its possible as the number isnt listed by company

Spintel calling to see why I changed companies after they cut off my internet. Apparently the system "just does it" and there's nothing they can do at this point. But they are upset I changed companies and want me to come back. Blocking this number!

Requested a call back while on hold to avoid the sit & wait....they call back, then hang up. So ive called back & on the phone to them while they are trying to call me again...& again...4 times.
Its common with them. Useless typical Telco with offshore call centre.

Received pleasant follow up message from SpinTel about activating my DSL service. I'll bag people where due but I appreciated this call. Yeah when you call them, you can be on hold 30-40 minutes sometimes. It's a good compromise for the price I find. Anyway I suggest answer the call instead of calling back, faster - lol.

I have had good results from Spintel. If you contact their 13 number in off peak times, then waiting time is reasonable for a phone company. Emphasise OFF PEAK.
