Scam call

Caller: Bank of Sydney

the call refered to an online application which kept a mistake (birth date) to an earlier application. After correction, I should verify this by a code sent to me. I haven't done this and requested cancellation of the application. They did it at the same time by Email. Therefore I think the caller was the Bank of Sydney.

when I called back it said not connected.

I returned a call from (02) 8262 9191 but reached vm for Bank of Sydney

This phone number belongs to the Bank of Sydney.

They left me a voice message in response to a complaint I made about an unauthorised transaction on my account. When I called them back they addressed my issue without any issues.

Caller: a scammer

(02) 8262 9191 is a fraud number. Of course the scammer answers Bank of Sydney. Or sometimes "Bank of Australia" if they forget who they have rung.

I called back the number (02) 8262 9191 and reached vm that said I reached Bank of Sydney
