Person who answered was very polite she called me to see if I was attending the appointment but it went to my voicemail.
I called back and she explained that the insurer had contacted her regarding the appointment cancellation.
If you are in the middle of a WorkCover case you might see this number come up.
Number is really not 'Unknown' but 'Other'.
