Caller: “Amazon Prime”

Began with recoded message saying our free trial of Amazon Prime was about to expire and we’d be charged $99 per month on our card. I pressed 1 and spoke to someone with a VERY strong Indian accent who said his name was Steve Jones. When I asked if he was sure he’d called the correct house, he recited my last name, address and phone number (land line). I congratulated him on looking at a directory website. When asked, “Steve“ was unable to tell me what the last thing I’d watched or had delivered from Prime. H hung up
