I have been getting one call every hr for 12hrs a day for the last three days. I have no idea what to do. Optus told did a trace and told me its an automative telemarketing company, and told me it will take 4 weeks to send them a letter warning them to stop calling.

Thats right 4 weeks to get stupid telemarketing people to stop calling. So that means one call every hr for 12hrs a day for 4 weeks.

Easier to change my mobile mumber and move on from this s**t.

just read the last few messages. AESOP hey?! they should be ashamed of themselves. the law should have the power to protect people from suffering from this sort of harrasment!!!

Interesting.  I'm a nurse too!  However, I think I have found a SOLUTION!!!!!!!When the call comes in and goes through it's spiel when it asks you to press 4 for no more calls today - press 4.  It will then ask for your PIN.  Put in the last 4 digits of your mobile number (which seem to be set up as a default PIN).  I did this last evening and have had NO FURTHER CALLS!!!!!!!!Fingers crossed.This tip was given to me by a great tech support guy at the DO NOT CALL register.

I have received calls every hour all day today from this number. It is an automated voice response asking for what shifts I want to work and other options. Asks for a PIN number. I have no idea who it is. And what PIN number is asked for. Am sick of getting these calls. Please help
