Caller: Testra? Allegedly from Telstra about NBN due in April do I have the software set up for it? I said I do not know surely Telstra would know because they are the telecommunications provider I use! I was busy when he called so was vague with answers and he said you have a good day! I have no idea why Telstra would call their own customers to check if we have the software for NBN because surely they would know?

said they were from the NBN and asked if i was the person that handled the phone account. I said yes and they hung up.

Wants to speak to the person in charge of the phone account... When I asked her what account she's referring to or who she's trying to reach she couldn't tell me.
