Caller: Some scammer from overseas

this guy called, spoke very fast, and when i asked him where obtained my details, he tried to tell me i signed up to learn more about some investing rubbish (spoiler alert...i didnt) He was rude and was laughing at me when i told him i didnt, and insisted i had, proceeded to read out my email address to me. I told him i wasnt interested, and he kept saying "of course your not, that is because you dont know about our investments yet".

I ended up asking him to remove my details from his system, blocked his number, and reported it as spam through true caller on my phone. Truecaller shows this number beloning to a company called "PowerTel" which has an australian ABN, and appears to be a telco. However i heavily suspect this was simply a spoofed number and the delay on the phone leads me to believe this was just a overseas Voip call.
