No-one on the other end of the phone when I answer. Very annoying. They've called my mobile a number of times

Ringing several times a week - very annoying

they asked for my credit card details over the phone.... I don't think 'the real' Red Cross do this - very suspect I reckon.

Had several calls ... always hang up when I pick up

Nice enough approach from guy selling tickets for Red Cross. Struggled to maintain my cool after several "cold calls" this week. Being some distant from the house when phone rang, I was puffing when I got to phone. He's only doing his job but difficult not to explode!!
