something to do with HSBC credit card application I made a few days ago. just ignore it

I got it once a week since two weeks ago, just because i signed up a HSBC credit card doesn't mean i like receiving call from you guys.

Same I got a HSBC card and ducking number keeps ringing me aye wont stop! Every time I go to pick up bam! It hangs up!

I have been persistently receiving these calls last 3 days. I was expecting a sales call and happened to miss this one the first time and second time. Now its been consistent which looks like was the same one ?

agree with all. got a HSBC credit card and again have been receiveing calls from this number. might answer it and tell them to stop calling. they havent missed a day for the last 2 weeks.

i getting f***ing sick of this number ringing and hanging up when i answer!! when ring back that number it goes to answer machine. i will be reporting it to the police!!!!!

I have been receiving these calls too, just signed up with HSBC Credit Card, but when I checked with HSBC they said there was no outgoing calls listed against my account, however, apparently they pass our information onto other companies as part of information sharing.  Ironically they can share our information, but they cannot tell us what companies they have shared it with.  Also, when I suggested that if this is a problem I may cancel my credit card, the sales assistant replied "please do".  Great customer service!

Been getting this number call me 2-3 times a day. Called (02) 8524 6000 and spoke to a lovely lady who has put in a request to stop them calling me.

EVERYONE DO THIS.

It is a computer calling you - freaking annoying.

I too have a HSBC card - guess that is who is passing on the details.

I agree, they keep freakin calling me and I've missed every call so far. Now I know not to pick it up!

the number kept on rining me from last week, i picked it up today the person on the other side just start to read some ribbish to me such as this is representing xxxx, then, xxxx, and ask me to buy their credit card insurance. I told him i dont manage my credit card my husband does they can talk with him but the guy doesnt want to do that only want to talk with me, i said do i need to pay for that he said yes i said no i dont want then, he asked is that because it will cost you money???and then kept on reading again. i said let me talk with my husband first, you can send me mail about your policy,he wants me to buy the policy immediately!!!! and send me a confirmation package!!! what a xx i dont want to be forced to buy anything.

This number repeatedly calls my phone & there is never any message left.  Annoying!
