Deadset bloody hopeless. In one ear and out the other. Multiple, conflicting stories and separate email addresses purportedly to the same gym (!?) Letters (+ emails) unanswered. Net Promoter Score? Zero!!

It is Fitness First debt collection. What sort of game are they playing at with this hanging up business? I've answered several of their calls within 2 rings and they ALWAYS hang up? Other people have commented on them doing this as well so it's not coincidence. They're doing it intentionally. But why? I think they're told to hang up so the client has to ring them back but why? Money making some how? 8217 doesn't sound like a toll number.

Try taking them to VCAT or similar (State tribunal) costs $37 for the application and just use words like "unconscionable conduct" and "business model founded on irremovable direct debit arrangements" when describing FF behaviour. FF is a no-show for Court proceedings.

Maybe you should just answer the call, find out what they want, deal with it. then you wont all have to whinge about getting several calls from them. not brain surgery guys. just common sense. if you dont owe any money then there isnt a problem. if there is a debt and you continue to ignore them eventually it will go on your credit history. just answer their bloody call. jesus.

Its Fitness First, they are legitimate and were really kind and courteous. My card had just run out of date and they were changing the details for me. You people should be more honest, if you sign a contract, pay the contract.

Bu***hit call,
Jacqueline
It appears to be fitness first credit department and they don't like you calling them hence a) no answer b) no one you can talk to.
Alyx
recieved a missed call from (02) 8217 8080 and would like to know who from Fitness First it was and the reason for the call. I tried calling back and all they say is "Thank-you for calling Fitness First" then nothing. It's rather annoying because I recently applied for a receptionist position and if it's in regards to that, then I'd like another number to contact them on.
brendan
Same thing as everyone else. FF member and receiving the calls. maybe 1 a fortnight
Eloise
This is happening to me too!!
I am always in a lecture when they call though! Why do they continue to call, I mean it is practically harassment to call over and over when the person you are calling clearly does not want to speak to you!
I wish I could block their number :(
sally
got called from this number by fitness first wanting to collect money after the idiots took more than $200 from my account without permission.
