Caller: Claimed to be from the Vietnamese Ambassador The person spoke fluent Vietnamese and claimed to be from the Vietnamese Ambassador in Vietnam that received a package from the police and asked of i could come to sign. When I asked what kind of paperwork was it, he immediately hanged up.
