Ha, just had a missed call from that number as well. I'm also a Vodafone prepaid customer. And I definitely don't want to move to Optus! How did they get our numbers? Surely Vodafone wouldn't sell their customers numbers to another provider so they could offer them (better) deals? Sounds kind of stupid...

Actually, they are telling you about a plan in the UK, where people can sign up to receive points everytime they recharge, to put towards a new phone, and how they are now introducing it in Australia. It costs nothing, and you get a cheaper phone for nothing, or you can let the points build up and ignore them. You should answer the call and sign up for the offer. It won't hurt you.

It is optus, who have bought the mailing list from Vodafone and are trying to get people on optus

2 calls in 2 days. I did not answer either. I am voda/prepaid. Thanks for help everyone. Things like this only make me research changing companies. Truly sad behaviour. Pre paid customers are smarter than this.
