Rang and asked to speak to a manager or someone in our accounts department. Didnt know what or who the company was

Called saying he was from a company called Boday and wanted to talk to someone as they were offering cheaper energy. Advised them the person in charge of the accounts payable isn't onsite, and they can't make decisions anyway as they are not the account holder. He hung up. One way of appearing helpful while not being helpful at all.... lol

A foreign sounding tele-marketer called asking for a staff member who does not work here anymore. The man was quite abrupt when I informed him of this and hung up. These calls are annoying, particularly when we run a busy switchboard.

Lady called today demanding she speak with my financial advisor/accounts in regards to a rebate. Asked where she was from - she lied saying "Today in Mlebourne". Its an 02 number but insisted that the company name was called Today in Melbourne. Absolute leech.

"David from Good Day', trying to sell Solar.

Caller with Asian accent asked to speak to the owner of the business or the accounts department said she was ringing to see if we were eligible for a 40% Government Rebate on our Electricity. Told her she had rung a power company. She hung up without another word.

Second time they've called in the last few weeks and they just hang up when I tell them a) they're not going to get through to the GM or Financial Controller and b) we're not interested.

calling about energy sales. Told me they were calling from Brisbane (clearly an 02 number)- Go figure!

Said she was from a company called Boday - the phone came up with a name - Scott Wooden. Must be with Commander as it always brings up there name on my phone

Said they're from a company called Boday in Sydney. Asked for a staff member by name or the financial controller. Got offended when I double-checked the company name. Put them on hold to check if the staff member knew who they were and they hung up.

The guy said he wants to talk to the financial controller. I asked his name and company name but he sounds upset. He souunds rude to me.

Annoying company calling about a solar rebate, wanting to talk to someone in our company. Despite telling her we are not interested, she insisted on calling back later.

Keep calling about some solar rebate. Wont give up even when you tell them that you aren't interested.

Rang the number back, after being hung up. I asked to be put onto the do not call list. The person wasn't even going to ask me why so I told them I was asked why they could not talk to anyone in the office? and then hung up on. the woman on the second call gave the excuse that they had faulty lines and "chris" had not hung up on purpose. (but then, she practically hung up on me as well).

i looked up reverse Aust ph calls, and the No. was registered to "Engin" Limited - a VOIP telecoms Co. - I think they've since moved, so I actually just rang them back on the actual Ph No, and the guy admitted to being from "Bobaz Solar !!???" - essentially just a dodgy solar Co. - cold calling for business.................

Rude Filipino calling for an ex staff member or any decision maker in the office. Claims to be calling on behalf of the Govt. She won't disclose any further info and hung up when I said I needed more info before I patch her through.

A lady named April keeps calling and asking for someone that works here, when I advise her he is not available she hangs up. She has called at least 7 times. I got sick of her hanging up on me and have been calling her back asking her to take us off their call list but she continues to hang up. Rude and unacceptable.

He didn't introduce himself at all. Looking for a staff member in a different branch. He was polite.
