I answered with a “hello?” they were speaking with a thick accent, but the call was cutting out when they were saying something specific like their name or the company name. So, I only answered with a “hmm” she then asked if I could speak I said “where are you calling from?” Then did the same thing with the phone cutting out when she said the name and then she hung up on me.

Possibly a scam call. No voicemail left and called twice, hanging up on the second
