Caller: Sally This is legit! If you are a previous employee of SYKES, they are contacting you regarding an amount owed to you, back dating to 2018. Employees who worked between 7-8am and 7-8pm will receive a back payment for penalty rates owed. I called their HR department and confirmed this is not a scam.
