Got a call from this number and chose not to pick up. Sharing so others can contribute. Had a pre-recorded message in Chinese. Said they're've tried and failed to get through and suggested if they couldn't get through"my SIM card would be marked'. Dodgy. Came through in an auto record message. Says it's Bankstown. Auto-record message on callback.
