I am a customer of Citibank and get this phone call often. They ring and don't give you enough time to pick up. It is very annoying.

They keep calling me and no message left. I have googled this number and some people say its a scam while others advise its Citibank selling insurance... I dont care who it is stop calling me..... U irritating f*ck
