Caller: FBI and some other agency If anyone receives any (02) numbers that continue with 80 or 81 they are scammers. African either from Nigeria or Ghana and also American but so far no African American but beware it's a big organization so you'll get different accents all the time and many different numbers that start with (02) 80 or 81
