Caller: fake chinese embassy scam scam saying it is the chinese embassy of australia, then the rest of the call is in mandarin (i think?). The real chinese embassy have a webpage saying it is a scam and don't give out personal information or feel as though you have to pay the 'fine' they are asking for.
