Phone rang a couple of times before it went to voicemail - said English service press 1, Chinese service press 2 then left a message in Chinese

Didn't answer but my phone gave me the following text from the "voice mail" - Yong hu ni hao, ni dian Hua Ying Xiang, Jiang, Jiang, Jiang, Jing, Jing, Jong, Jing, an. - I'm going to assume this was a phishing phone call.
