I'm pretty certain he is a debt collector. Don't give out anyone's information! He just says it's regarding "an urgent business matter". Very suspicious.

some guy named Brad is looking for somebody that doesnt live here ... He knew my address and knew the address of the person who doesn't live here ... Very curious as to what he really wants
