Someone allegedly from Vodafone called telling me my contract details weren't up to date on a plan I've had for 16 years and have never had and issue with. A computer voice recording using an English accent gave me the option for updating my details, press 1 for English version press 2 for Chinese version but didn't have any option for the 150 other languages spoken in Australia. Called the number back and got an voicemail claiming "You have reached Bangood Online Shopping Service, all of our support team are currently busy please wait and a representative will speak to you shortly"
