Unknown number, so I didnt answer, and they failed to leave a message. the call came through on my partner mobile, which is unusual in itself. Probably Scammers or at least a Spam call.

I am not an overseas student and English is my only language. Call was a recording that started in Chinese and then English. Message was "Hello, overseas student health coverage has not yet updated your health information. Please contact our customer service for updates. For English service, please press 1".
