Unable to answer a simple question, "How does a deceased person claim their Funeral Insurance?"

Same thing called and asked for my name I replied yes and they hang up !!

Called 2-3 times a day in the last 3 days and left no message.
When I picked up the call today, she asked if I am XXX (my legal name that I barely use).
Then she said she would like me to do a survey with just a few questions. Then she asked if I am an Australian resident.

called me... said nothing... hung up

I think we have a new call centre number in use here.

Continuous unsolicited missed calls from this number. Finally fed up I called back, an answer machine from "Global Contact Partners", went on auto-hold and a foreign sounding call centre voice finally picked up, wanting to ask me several questions about my life or funeral insurance. I politely declined and hung up. Won't be so polite next time.

Possible telemarketer. When I called back I heard a brief pre-recorded message "global targets" the I was put on hold.
