Get a call from this number every few days (including a Saturday). When I called back there's voice recording saying the company is "Aegon Direct Marketing Services"

Yep, just called me too. i've got a couple from these guys in the last few days. I just save the number under "DO NOT ANSWER 1""DO NOT ANSWER 2""DO NOT ANSWER 3" etc

Got another call again today.  Same happened as what happened last time.

They phone my mobile once every 2 weeks or so, I've never answered.
Probably some scam. mr ed. - How do you know it to be Avon?
Avon go door to door don't they?

how do they even know my mobile number?i dont answer it because its happened before and they always hang up
