Everybody-I have a solution for you if you're getting calls on your Android phone. This might also work on a Blackberry or IPhone:
Go to your call log, and find the number of the people bothering you.
Click the plus sign to add them to your contact list.
Invent a group name for them, for example Annoying People. Enter it in the spaces provided.
For what type of phone, click mobile.
Click enter.
Go back to your call log, find next annoying caller. Enter them, and add them to previous contact. Look up the Annoying People entry and click on it.
Add the rest of your annoying callers.
Click on Edit Contact, scroll down to divert call and click on it. This will send all of their calls to voicemail and stop them from ringing your phone.

it's driving me up the wall! keeps calling all day during work hours. i had this problem before with another number and was able to find an email to get my number taken off their calling list. can't find a no call list for this one >:(
