Just got a call from this number and hung up when I picked up the phone.

Just received a call from this number. Call was regarding a CommInsure inquiry. Looks like CommInsure are using a marketing company to sell their products. And Yes I am a CBA customer. What I found was that if you hang on long enough, someone will eventually pick up the call at the other end. It sounds like there is no one at the other end for quick some time, but the automated service that dials the number waits until an available agent picks up the call after a successful response. Looks like I need to contact CBA and tell them I do not want to be contacted for bank promotions, ever!

yep same here.  Someone is clearly checking numbers to start spamming us
