Got a call from this number twice today. When I picked up the caller just hang up without saying anything or leaving any message.

Answered first time - claimed to be from Suncorp bank and then hung up after a few seconds...has called a few times since but haven't bothered to pick up.  Is it possibile to send anthrax to someone via a phoneline?
