This is a marketing salesperson from a call centre wanting to waste your time. I live in Tasmania our area code is 03 and this number called my work phone today. I am in the building construction industry and what sounded like an indian dude was asking questions like "what brand of tools do you use?" "Do you use helmets and gloves on sites?" etc. He said he'd call back for a 7 minute survey and asked to grab my mobile number aswell. Then i left work at 5 and got a missed call from this number at 5.45pm which was the same indian dude...

This is not Commonwealth Bank number, as i went to return the call and heard some marketing crap. If you look on the CommBank website and Contact Us link, you will see they only have 1300 or 1800 or 13 .. .. numbers.
