This number keeps calling and then hanging up. They do not leave a message
If you ring it back it says that the number is disconnected.
I am guessing it is a telemarketer using fake phone numbers or something. I can't seem to find anything about this number anywhere.

Missed a call from this number a moment ago and called it back directly from my "Missed Call" list on my phone and it stated that it wasn't connected.
"The number you have called is disconnected. Please check the number before dialing again"
