Caller: Call centre from Philippines or India If the call centre already knows my mobile, landline and email. If it is important they can easily message, email their website and their purpose. People have right to choose what is suitable for themselves without being pressurised to make a decision over the phone to sign up for a contract, etc. For example if it is marketing NBN, people should do their research whether NBN, 4G, 5G is best for their home and their budget, etc.
