Caller: Raj Kumar on behalf of Vodafone. At least that was the claim

Number claims to be an official Vodafone number but when called back, it was simply answered by the same guy who called me in the first place. Not that I miss the hassle of the robotized phone menus that almost all the companies are using, but "Raj" answering the phone on behalf of Vodafone is everything but a confidence booster.
