Caller: Email scammer Phone number listed in a sophisticated email attachment regarding a payment to Norton Life-Lock. I don't use it and I certainly won't ring them to get a "refund" for something I haven't paid for. These dodgy scammers are now using "professionals" to improve their scams. Fortunately the "professionals" are dumb enough to use the same phone number for accounts, help desk and reporting fraudulent activities.
