called saying a law suit would be filed against my name and that I would be arrested..... law suits under civil acts v charges under criminal acts are fairly different.

Claims to be tax office

Scammers, had a voice message left saying there is a law suit against me and if I don't call them a warrant for my arrest will be put out. Don't think so!

Auto message telling me I have a case and that they will issue an arrest warrant if I don't call a different number back

Didn't answer call as didn't recognise number. The caller left a message which was a computer generated voice stating that I needed to call the number or an arrest warrant would be issued. It didn't mention my name or where they were calling from . SCAM!!
