Caller: Kurtis Jonjoeson

Claimed to be from Westpac regarding a fraudulent use on our card. I couldn't speak to him as I was driving. He said he would call back. I then decided to get details from him and we would call back. On ringing Westpac through the number on the back of the card and logging in to my account it was evident that no fraudulent transaction had taken place and that this was a scam call.
