They claimed to be from telstra and they are calling you because your internet line has problems...If you say im with IInet or whatever they will say telstra rents the lines from them and its imperative they help you fix your supposed internet problem ...your router is infected with viruses or something similar. They will take you to your windows event viewer and claim every error there is from a virus... Then if you fall for it they will have you pull up a CMD prompt and try and get you to do some bad stuff..so yeah if you get a call from this number hang up! I am very computer literate and they almost had me going for a second.....dont fall for this one! I am guessing you will end up downloading something or giving someone remote access who then locks your comp or gets your passwords etc whatever they say just hang up! Always always if someone claims to be from a company and you are not sure just ask for their company ID and say you will call them back via the companies direct line and ask for them ..never dial back a number they give you!

I didn't answer the call and I also got a voice message about a lawsuit yesterday. The tired to call me again today.

Sounded like a scam. A computerised voice said they were trying to contact me and because they hadn't would be starting legal proceedings against me and my family. I called the number back 3 times from a landline and it was engaged.

They say they are from the Tax office and that you are going to be arrested for Tax evasion

A prerecorded voice claims to be investigating 'you and your family' and as they have received no response are starting a lawsuit for intentional fraud.

Scam, they left a voicemail saying there is a lawsuit against me. Not sure what they wanted but is the third landline number this week which has left a voicemail like this.
The others said there is a warrant for my arrest. Tried to call the number back to abuse them but the number is busy and wont let you call back.

Have had about 3 calls from this number claiming that they are from the Australian Taxation Department...I hung up the phone each time

Left an automated message claiming to be ATO lauching law suit against me for fraud. When I rang them back, they took my name and then hung up.

I received a partial voicemail from this number which (conveniently) cut off who or where they were calling from, but claimed that myself and my family were under investigation, they have attempted to contact me multiple times prior to this (no one has contacted me) and they are now considering it fraud (I don't know what kind of fraud, since the voicemail message conveniently started in the middle of the whole message). Needless to say, I won't be calling them back.

Left message on phone to say call you a number of times with no respond. Now a law suit is being prepared. Call back they answered and it was a call centre but wouldnt answer phone then they hang up

In voicemail, they wanted to discuss the case (but I don't know any case) against me. They keep on calling and annoying.
