The exact same thing just happened to me, telling me there was a lawsuit filed against me, its a scam don't respond!!!

Caller: They said it was the taxation office. I got the same message. Voicemail called me saying it’s from the taxation office Australia and to call back within 48hrs or they would issue an arrest warrant for me.

Phone scam, robotic voice kind of gave it away. The Tax Office will not contact you via phone and threaten you with prompt payments required.

Caller: RECORDED MESSAGE SAYING TAXATION DEPT CALLING YOU I ANSWERED MY PHINE, RECORDED MESSAGE SAID : THERE ARE SEVERAL LAW SUITS ON YOUR NAME, IF U DONT CONTACT US U'LL BE ARRESTED. NUMBER IS (02) 8091 3408. I IMMIDIATELY CALLED TAXATION DEPT. HE SAID ITS A SCUM.
