DODGY - got a cold call from Shane a telemarketer from Vouch BPO saying that I made an enquiry few months ago about refinance. I said i didn't but he insisted I did but I probably don't remember because it was a while back (clearly not knowing I'm a broker too). The issue is 1. they are lying to consumers and tying to fool them into providing personal finance details, 2. I am on the 'do not call' register so they are clearly ignoring australian law. Huge compliance red flag. If you care about the longevity of your business, stay away.

They are rubbish Cold calls to very old web site enquiries

Refuse to replace leads that do not lead to an appointment --- Despite their guarantee

As stated from others, these guys are fraudulent. Do not waste your time and money. Deceitful!

Unprofessional and annoying! They constantly call me, even though I have told them on numerous occasions to never call me again.

Charged me $1,100 AUD for 5 x dodgy qualified leads that were not qualified then when I asked for a refund did not get back to me. DO NOT USE telemarketer Case would not know one end of a mortgage from the other. Could not answer me when I asked her a few simple qualifying questions. This is a scam company that charge $200 + GST or direct payment to india without GST needs to be shut down

I am getting calls every day. Spoke to Tyler Tyler @ vouchbpo.com after I said I wanted more information and wanted to speak to someone who runs things and is believed to be one of the main people to ask to stop calling.

Non compliant, claimed endorsed by MFAA. Scam .

Dodgy mortgage broker lead generation company based in India. They use fake Aussie names like Tyler, Brian, Ken and David in an attempt to mislead you. Lead quality is very poor and eventually they stop replacing the bad leads even if you haven’t received your agreed volume of qualified lead. As they’re based in Indian there is nothing you can do either. Steer clear of this mob. They do not do what they promise and you’re money will be wasted.

Was charged $1250 for 5 qualified leads with appointments .Not one lead resulted in an appointment.They cold call the clients and miss half of the relevant information and thus the deals do not qualify.Brokers do not waste your money .It is an absolute scam .Once they have your money they never return calls .Tyler and Brian - the so called owner of the business are an absolute disgrace .Lesson learnt.

I am a Broker - gave them a chance with some wariness and agreement if not satisfied will get refunded. Now not responding to calls or email.

Dodgy non compliant mortgage broking lead generation. I asked him to tell me phone number and email address he had on file and he just told me. Also had Street Address and my broker number.
I have complained before and requested removal of name but they keep calling. Sydney phone does not answer.

I've had it with these people. After requesting probably 10 times now to be removed from their contact list, they keep calling me. So next time, I'm going to let them go through the entire sales process and then pull out at the last minute.

These people from this company are ridiculous. They call me every week, from different numbers and now they are calling from an unidentifiable number. I have told them numerous times to remove my name from the list, however they are just in business to piss people off.
