Caller: Christopher - “NAB fraud department” Christopher rang claiming he was from NAB fraud department and that they had detected an out of character transaction. They had a few of my details but things escalated. He reportedly cancelled my card and raised a second fraudulent transaction. As conversation went on claimed that as my account was compromised would have to set up a new account and transfer funds. Gave me details and asked me to start transferring. When queried and asked for details so I could call them, got agitated and insisted I could not go to an NAB branch or call the NAB.
