I wish I had never heard of this scam company. People beware, do not get caught like I did!! How have other people got out of this? I paid for first lot $343.20, then sent 2 more lots of cartridges @ $532.40 each, now reckon they are sending another lot!! OMG Help, how do I stop this?

COMPANY IS A SCAM , FIRST THEY SEND YOU THE PRODUCT THEN LATER YOU GET A EMAIL SAY CONFIRM ,YOU THINK OK MAYBE THEY ARE SENDING YOU SOMETHING FOR BEING A CUSTOMER ,THEN WHEN YOU RECIEVE THE PARCEL MORE CARTRIDGES AND A HUGE BILL OF $ 1400.00 DOLLARS WOW !!!!!!!.I'M A ONE PERSON COMPANY WORKING FROM HOME WHO THE HELL NEEDS $ 1400.00 DOLLARS WORTH OF INK CARTRIDGES . I TOLD THEM I WILL BE SENDING THEM BACK ,SURE THAT IS FINE BUT $ 200.00 RESTOCKING FEE WHAT THE F#%^& , SO THEY CHARGE YOU EITHER WAY ,MY ADVICE IF THEY RING YOU HANG UP , I WISHED I HAD NEVER SPOKEN TO THEM , THEY ARE VERY PUSHY SALES PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE .

Daphne, Your review is not fair for many reasons. Firstly, Susan is only our front desk attendant, she does not call customers regarding their accounts. You probably saw her name in an email containing your statement or invoice. Secondly, you did order the goods, you authorised the order in writing (including the price) via email, you know this. You requested a return due to financial difficulty, not due to an unsolicited order. Thirdly, you returned the goods with no authorisation code and so they were rejected at the post office, not sent back to you. This is in line with our returns policy, as provided to you on many previous occasions. Finally, you received advice from the Fair Trading Commisson that you should pay the restocking fee to be able to return the goods to us after we showed them evidence of the order. We have received your payment and have issued you a return authorisation code but have yet to receive your goods back as you are away. It would be much fairer for you to amend or delete your negative review in light of the situation, as the information in your review is wrong and unfair.

Mandy, this is such a gross misrepresentation of what has occurred. You have rung our office and abused our staff, and have hung up on them on several occasions. The only time you were hung up on was earlier this month, and only after you were told that such abuse would not be tolerated. You cannot expect someone to stay on the phone with you and endure being screamed at. You authorised the order on the 22nd May and then requested a return on the 12th June. Your returns period had lapsed and we are not obliged to accept a return for change of mind. Further, you have been offered an extended account and a payment plan, but have very conveniently left that out of your review, I would say as it does not support your attack on us. Also, Susan is not phoning you at all, she is just the front desk attendant, you would have seen her name on the email containing the statement. She does not speak to customers beyond answering the phone, so this is a blatant lie. Further, your accounts manager is not named Karen. This is a misrepresentation of the situation and may amount to defamation. Your account is now almost 90 days old. Please organise payment as soon as possible to avoid further action.

Vito, you authorised the order in writing via email. You later requested a return outside of our returns period, and we refused as is our right to do for change of mind. Your invoice is dated 29th January and to date you have not paid your invoice. As any company would do in the situation where their customer defaults on their invoice, we will send your account to a debt collection agency, this will occur next month if we do not receive payment in full. You have avoided all of our emails and calls, and have not responded to any of our messages for months. It's unfair for you to comment on the quality of our goods when you used your first order with no incident, and haven't even opened the box of your second order. That is a misrepresentation of our product, and on a public forum may amount to defamation. Please pay your account to avoid further action, we would love nothing more than to just put this entire mess to bed.

Continue to receive debt collection notifications of around $500 worth of products that I don't want nor ordered. I have suggested that envirosense can take back their products ( I haven't opened the box).
Most legitimate organisations are more than happy to take back THEIR own products so that they can be resold.
Envirosense products are so bad however that even the people who make them don't want them BACK!!!
They continue to harass and cajole an already dissatisfied former customer into action from a debt collection agency. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE READY FOR COLLECTION IN THE ORIGINAL UNOPENED BOX THAT ENVIROSENSE DELIVERED TO ME.

Scam company, John from accounts is the worst to deal with, he’s rude and bullies straight up never ever get past hello with this company because they will record a yes to their script and continually send you timers you don’t want and can’t return, they are as bad as the ato scam

Scammers nothing ever in writing and continue to send toners that are poor quality then call using threats for payment of toners you don’t want. They don’t allow you to return stock, which is against terms of the ACCC for terrible quality. Hang up immediately if they call because they claim everything is a verbal agreement

Well, when I read all these comments above, with all the same difficulties I have been having with Envirosense, it all now seems that is how they operate, in a bullying manner. I had asked to speak to Mark and today he rang and when I said I was with 2 clients at the moment ( I have a Hairdressing Salon ) he said well I am busy as well, I did say I would ring back and can I have his number, he just said " just ring back" and hung up in my ear. I will also been reporting my experience to the ACCC.
I also noticed in their blurp, they are looking for backpackers to be telemarketers, well doesn't that tell the story.

As above, trying to force us to accept delivery and charges for printer cartridges that were 'verbally ordered' by my boss. Knew they were lying right there...he would never order office supplies. Not the first time this has happened. Last time I had just started working for the company and they told me it was an order placed by the staff member I replaced.
Dodgy and Dishonest company.

This unprofessional company has dodgy "push" sales methods. They keep adding extra quantities to your order. Running a small business doesn't help when you are facing extra costs for products that would take two years to go through. Beware of this company as they will demand money from you and even threaten you. DO NOT USE THEM otherwise you will regret it. Consumer Affairs don't seem to reign their practices in and if you take it further you will face extra costs.

Do not use this company they will keep sending you more toners that you didn’t order. They are demanding I pay $902. I returned them and they have sent them back. I am going to report then to the department of fair trading and consumer affairs.
