If you are receiving calls from InsightCFS, and you wish to be removed from our calling lists please call our customer service team on 1300 365 896 between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday. If we are unavailable please leave a message with your phone number and we will remove it the next business day. Alternatively send an email to c.service @ insightcfs.com.au.

When contacting us, please have handy any and all numbers you would like removed including mobile, work and personal numbers even if you have not yet received calls on this number. That way, we can ensure that you are not bothered in future.

InsightCFS is not the only company doing charity fundraising calling so if you receive any calls from other companies that you do not want to receive we recommend that you ask the telemarketer who called you to ask their supervisor to remove you from all of their calling lists.
