replacing led lights? nuisance call obviously have name phone number and address but phone number is invalid or incorrect,rang my electricity provider who transferred me to department 136186

Received a call from this number. Someone with a Filipino accent wanted to replace my lights for LEDS (for free). Bit suspicious seeing he was ringing from interstate (I live in Victoria), so I hung up on him.
