Caller: They said they were Optus

They just rang me. Said hello is this so-and-so? I said who am I speaking to? They said is this you? I said I’m not answering until you tell me who I’m speaking to. They said it’s Optus. I said prove it they said they can’t without verifying who I am and I said well how are you ringing me then I might not even be this person they said can you verify? I said no I said please tell me how long I’ve been with Optus and as soon as I said that they hang out the phone.
