Sounds legit. Asks if is me by name (press 1) then says is going to ask info for verification purposes.... DONT BE FOOLED... is a Scam / Fraud.

Received a call naming me personally. Got through to an India call centre. Scam for sure.
I got a similar one late last year from NAB, also naming me personally and I swear I know the guys voice... just not sure how to report it and get him investigated...

The automated voice said an important message said my name and told me to press 1. Did so and it disconnected.

Never picked up this call in time, but it's always a robocall from this number. Still don't know if legitimate or scam.

Have called a few times. I answered and it advised I click 1, I did and it disconnected immediately

This company has been sold to NAB. but these calls they don't leave messages or if they do it takes so long for the operator to answer, last time it took over 20mins!
