A gentleman with an Australian accent from Panasonic calling to speak to the office manager

Too rude and suspicious, scam.
A person with a strong accent called up and asked to speak with office manager about the phone. When I told him that I need to take a message, he just hanged up.
Never pick up any call from this number and 8068 1311 as well. They are all from the same place.

Called regarding NBN upgrade and wanted to talk to the business owner at the beginning

Caller: Neil/D'Neil?

A message on my answer phone calling me by name, calling himself Neil (or D'Neil) and asking me to call him back on said number.
I was suspicious as usually a caller will say what company they're from, and he didn't, so I Googled the number, and here I am.I won't be calling calling him back!

Caller: Scam

Neil from Panasonic claiming to be phoning regarding our phone system. He keeps trying to talk over me when I say I am not interested. He was very rude and swore at me. Can't believe this scammer is still going 2 years on since the above comments with his schemes.

Caller: D'Neal from Panasonic (regarding NBN)

Blacklist this number straight away, D'neal asked to speak to the practice manager and when was told she was unavailable and that I would take is number (we had no intention of contacting him back) but he refused and when challenged on why he wouldn't leave his number he became VERY rude and aggressive and basically advised he would continue to ring until he could speak to her.... low and behold he called back 2 hours later, our manager answered the call and advised we are not interested in speaking to someone who was so rude. He cut the call straight away and tried calling back another 2 times....

This person is nasty, tried to sell NBN system and then hung the phone up when told no thnakyou.

Calling trying to sell NBN plans - very rude - admin staff called in a fluster saying he wouldn't take no for an answer and kept calling back when I confronted him he wouldn't tell me what company he was calling from nor why he thought he had the right to treat my staff the way he did.

Reading the other comments it's clearly a call centre.

automatic dialler. Pre-recorded voice selling household produccts and also energy saving devices of some sort. Pre-recorded voice then patches u through to a live operator
Live operator Lady was very hard to understand, product brochures looked cheap

SCAM!! Asked to speak to one of my colleagues. When told he wasn't in the office, the person insisted to get my colleague's mobile number. When I asked if I could get his number so that my colleague can return his call, he hung up before I could even finish my sentence. This person is clearly far from being mature & intelligent...Even my 3 year old son wouldn't be rude like this person. Don't even bother to answer the call from this number (02) 8068 1766!

Pushy and rude trying to sell phone business.

A older male with a foreign accent called. The dial tone just as i picked up the phone sounded like it was an overseas call, probably not a NSW number.
Asked me if i had 5 minutes to go through a survey about household products.
Ended up taking 35 minutes asking everything from dishwashing and laundry products, what i use, food brands that I eat, car that I drive, household income. Then emailed me when i was on the phone with website details. Seemed like some sort of MLM scam, asked me to make a list of friends and family and pay a few hundred a month. I asked to speak to a manager and I think he put his wife on the phone as i heard him in the background saying "tell him your the manager".

Automated sales assistant attempting to sell overseas properties in nigeria. Had a north american/canadian accent though. Sounded like a gps. Definitely not a human calling but a pre-programmed sales dialler

A male by the name of Raj or Rajee called trying to sell roof tiles.
Sent me initial specs of grades and types.
Prices were ridiculous for what look like some cheap overseas imports. I informed him i could re-roof my house with much better quality tiles at half the prices.
Got very rude after that and said I was a time waster. what are these people doing?????

As with last person, asked for Practice Manager - I said yes, they explained their product, I started to talk and they hung up on me. I called them back and said I was trying to tell you a story and you hung up? Is there a problem with the phone line? and they hung up. Then to be totally immature I called back and hung up on him. Then he called back and said "stop calling me I have a girlfriend". I think the guy has some serious issues?????

A young lady by the name of Marie with a Spanish sounding accent selling pastel coloured artworks. Sent me emails from "futurama" designs. original price was $350 for a canvas painting, she later convinced my wife to pay $450. Paintings were never shipped out

Whoever phoned was a complete smart ass and very unprofessional!

A company called "CTA" trying to push "NBN" onto unsuspecting people. Ignore the call.
