Car accident insurance scammer from India

It is a scam. Usual giveaway overseas call centre delay before the caller with an Indian or Pakistani accent asked for me by my name, said his name is 'Sam' and that he's was calling about the government solar panel scheme. He then asked if I have solar panels on my roof. At that point I told him to bugger off, told him he is trying to commit fraud, to never call me again, and hung up on him.
