they called me on the 18th jan 2010, yesterday, saying that I am due for an upgrade. I rang today to confirm all was ok, and they the upgrade department told me that I signed up for an iphone when I didn't, I actually signed up for the blackberry. In the original call they also said i should upgrade my internet, now I have two accounts!!!! Rather than upgrading my internet they opened a new one!! Now, I am having problems getting them cancelled as the upgrade department told me only the store that did the 'upgrade' can cancel. But he said it is not normal for a store to ring a customer to offer upgrades. Now I have to ring the store 0 this (02) 8061 8120 number and get it cancelled...they won't answer my call!!! What do I do????

Yes, definitely Vodafone.I missed a call from this number back on Dec 9, and they called me back today and I was able to answer. It was Vodafone asking if I was interested in switching to them, and they knew I was currently with Optus.

These guys are legit. I did a deal with them and they sorted me out really quickly. I even referred them to some other businesses and they also were happy. You must of got a bit unlucky...

thats exactly what just happened to me. i had a missed call from the (02) 8061 8120. no voice msg, nothing. then i called them back and it was vodafone business, which are actually on locked numbers and in tassie...
