My phone indicate that this number is "Potential Fraud" and when calling the number the message doesn't disclose the name of the person or company calling, and they don't leave a message. As the number repeatedly calls, to the point of harassment, without leaving a message, I have blocked the number as "spam".

Caller: Bank of Melbourne / St. George

Returned the missed call and had to listen to a huge recorded message about how they treat information, etc. but no mention of who it was that was ringing. Finally got onto someone who said they were St. George, regarding a missed credit card payment.

When I returned the number, it was a message indicating their disclosure regarding how they treat information received. No announcement as to who or where they are from. The number keeps calling, and not leaving a message, so I consider the call spam and have now blocked the number.
