Absolutely useless Optus. You report a problem. Their solution is to tell you that you have a problem. They then repeat the exercise. They ask for your login and then email you with the login you just gave them. To top it off, they then change the password, don't fix the login, which means I now don't have a working login and have temporary password which expires within 48 hours. I am now worse off than when I started. By the way I was on the "chat" system for over an hour. They are clearly offshore, poorly trained and working from a deficient manual. Finally they ring me seven hours after I contacted them. Do they think people have nothing better to do than wait around a phone for this length of time? I spent the time to go to the local shops and transferred my business to another provider.

Caller: Optus Call Centre My Live Chat was ended accidentally, and my agent called me back. I was expecting this call but they do not have a caller ID.

This is optus number. I had 8 calls in the space of several minutes back to back when i answered it they hung up now because this is classed as a breach of the telecommunications act them using their phones as a carriage to harrass me i will now take legal action against them. It comes from the philipines
