Pretended to be from Telstra, claiming that my IP address had been switched from as private to a public server. As I was teasing him along I asked whether this was related to the recent issue I had raised with Telstra regarding my internet service. He said 'yes' but when I asked for the file reference number to confirm that, he hung up.
